Ok you have selected the file you want after that you will automatically come up to this screen
Right There is your file if it is red try another file or try to download the same one again.
this is your % of how much you have downloaded downloading depends on what connection you have
if you want to see how much longer you have till the end of the downloading the look here
When your file is finished downloading it will go a light blue ight click it then it should open the file,
if not open the folder its in you should of selected a folder when you first installed winmx. Ok theses files here are files that other people are downloading off you if they are in a que it should come up orange if you want then to start them downloading them, click on setting
after that click on queuing then change the uploads to how many people you want downloading off you at one time.
its the same for downloading just change downloading to about 100
